The class went very well today. My students were great at staying on task and zipping through the techniques. We managed to do all four sceduled techniques and all four of the bonus ones!
My son and I went out to a Sushi Bar tonight and ordered a Caterpillar Roll. It was super yummy but the best part was the presentation. The young Sushi Chef is an artist in my book! This was just so cute. The picture doesn’t do it justice but will give you an idea.
