I am thinking of joining in an ATC swap with a wing theme. I was trying to think of something that doesn’t normally have wings but would look good if some were added. I got the idea in my head that seahorses should have wings. It looked great in my mind but I wasn’t too sure that I knew how to draw a seahorse. Ruby the Muse must have been hard at work last night because I think my pencil and I did a fair job. Now I have a dozen other things in my head begging to be winged.

I colored it with watercolor pencils and a waterbrush, then brushed over it with a thin coat of gold glaze. I’m not sure what the final card will look like. For now I put a sheet of Sandylion scrapbook paper behind it.
