I was at a friend’s house recently and got a quick peek at a great technique book. It’s called Creative Collage for Scrapbooks and it looks like it would be a great book to own. Arlynne was flipping through it and from what I saw it looks like page after page of cool technique instructions.
This is not your every day kind of scrapbooking. The photos I saw looked more like works of art that you would want to let stand on their own rather than cover them up with photos. A scrapbook made with this book as the guide would be totally awesome! (like my Valley Girl lingo? LOL)
I can’t wait to get my hands on my own copy. Do any of you own it? If you do I’d love to hear your comments about it. For those that don’t have it yet, I’ll post my thoughts after I get my copy. Until then I think you might want to start saving your pennies. This looks like a must have book for anyone who loves to play with art supplies.
I'm Chia Wald and this is my blog. Here is where I share my thoughts and my art. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it isn't. That's life... and that's me.
Stumble it!

This book looks great! And since you really liked what you saw, I ordered it yesterday — good ole Amazon.com! Also ordered a book I saw on Joggles.com called “Paper Transformed: A Handbook of Surface-Design Recipes and Creative Paper Projects. I will let you know later about these two!
