The cookie exchange was a huge success. Twenty people came to swap baked goodies and share a fun filled evening. It was a wonderful way to find the Christmas spirit. We had a lovely buffet, prepared by my co-hosts Patty and Darcy. Then we played words games and a dice game, which gave the guests a chance to win prizes. Next up was the voting for “Most Festive Cookie”, “Best Presentation” and “Most Festive Outfit” followed by, you guessed it, more prizes! In all, we gave out 18 prizes! At the end of the night we gave each guest a custom made cookbook with all the recipes from the swapped cookies and the buffet. It was loads of fun and the three of us are already working on the plans for next year’s Cookie Exchange.
