I’ve got six brand new, never opened bottles of Distress Ink looking for a new home. I’m continuing my anti-hoarding crusade and these are the next gems to go. The colors are antique linen, old paper, mustard seed, tea dye, milled lavender, and tattered rose.
This contest is going to be a bit different from all my other contests. First off, it’s going to be quick. This contest only runs through this weekend. For some of you that could be a very good thing… I don’t get as many visitors on the weekend so your odds of winning are really, really good. Secondly, it isn’t just going to be a random drawing, well, part of it will be but I’ll get to that later on.
What you need to do is leave me a comment telling me why you should win the inks. Tug at my heart strings, jab at my funny bone, heck, tell me a bald face lie if you want to. The comment that most grabs my attention and won’t let go will be the winner of the bottles of ink.
But wait… how is that fair? Well, maybe it isn’t but I’m not going to worry about that right now. It’s my blog, my ink and my way of doing things this time. BUT… just to make up for my spoiled irrational behavior I’ll throw in a PART TWO!
Part two is this: Anyone who leaves a comment will have their name thrown into my magic white bag of fun. OK, so not everyone because whoever won the first part won’t be eligible for the second part. Back to part two… from the names in the white bag I’ll RANDOMLY draw one name and that person will win a cool surprise! What will you win? I can’t tell you that because it is a surprise, get it? But I promise it will be a good prize.
Come one, come all, help me clean out my craft room. Remember this only runs through the weekend so don’t delay.
I'm Chia Wald and this is my blog. Here is where I share my thoughts and my art. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it isn't. That's life... and that's me.
Stumble it!

Lots of visits, but never posted…who can resist this prize? I won’t attempt to dazzle you but just get to you with the truth! I am a closet crafter, making special things for friends and family at every turn. I have been so inspired by all of the crafting blogs, that I am going to try and get…ahem…serious about it! You can join my journey on my blog…the cleaning and sorting and making room for my “work area” is now in progress.
Anyway…there just aren’t enough 40% off coupons at Michael’s to get me everythong I need (=want) so these inks would be a very special treat!
Good Luck to all who enter…including me!
Thanks for a great giveaway…Cassie

Ok I think I need these reinkers just because I am the first poster. No one else can claim that.

I should win as I have been looking at your blog and seeing that you need to clean out your stuff (obviously for more new, and improved stuff!) I am cleaning up the “Art Grotto” and, after decluttering, I am ready to start filling up the empty spaces!!!!

Roses are red, violets are blue,I’d love to win these reinkers from you! My throat is sore, I’ve got a bad cough..I’ve nothing to do as I’m home with the flu. Please think of me when you read this bad rhyme and send me something to fill in my time!

Oh. Oh…….
Chia…ack! Part of me is thinking, you should not send me these inks! I mean, I have the ink pads for most of these colors, and some of them are running dry and I’m thinking these would be SOOO sweet to have here to juice them up again…but I am sitting here six weeks from new baby trying to clean OUT my stuff and so bringing new stuff in is SO (most likely probably) not a great idea…but then, they’re so SMALL…and I DO use my inks a lot, so it’s not like they’d just sit here…and maybe I could promise to RAK on something ELSE that’s bigger in order to justify bringing in these teensy little inks??
But then again, I really like the corny rhyme of the chick that posted above me. I’d probably pick her, if I were you. Who can get a roses-are-red out of your head??
And the idea of a mystery RAK is pretty darned exciting.
So maybe you can send me that instead…
as long as it’s not too big?
Happy Sunday!

Honestly? I shouldn’t win.. I rarely ever win anything and very short is the list of things that I have won. I’m used to losing. I’m so used to it that I don’t even try anymore. Why try when you know you’ll lose to begin with? Everyone else is better at everything. I don’t even know what you do with “distress ink.” All I do is sit on the computer all day depressed and then I sleep. Repeat x 365. You want to prove me wrong? I doubt you will.
