I decided to get one more heart project done this month and this is it. I had the black hearts and rhinestones out on the table from my last project. It’s the lazy part of me that will always try to work with what is within reach before searching out something new. The background is actually what I was wanting to play with and it seems the hearts go well enough with it. Not too bad for a quickie.
The background is one of the techniques in Artist Trading Card Workshop by Bernie Berlin. It is done with baby wipes and watercolors. I really like the look and feel of the painted baby wipes. They remind me of old silk wall coverings.
I'm Chia Wald and this is my blog. Here is where I share my thoughts and my art. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it isn't. That's life... and that's me.
Stumble it!
