The airport story reminds me of why I don't ever want to fly again... long story! I like to think the bigger the problem, the more we are gaining once we solve them, and sounds like you did a good job. Apparently you didn't end up yelling at anyone! That's always good! LOL I had a bit of good luck today. Not only is my car fixed but the nice tow truck drive came back to give me a ride back to the shop. Then when I talked with Recliner Man tonight he told me that they are already talking about having him move back early. In 100 degree heat the problems themselves heat up, too! Hey, did you know there is a salt lamp store in the valley at that shopping center at McClintock and the 202?
