So, did he get a stove out of the deal?
Glad he has the keys!
Pink house being painted what color?
Buying a house is not always a pleasant experience but usually living in it is!

Yes CeCe. After he had given up and wired the money, not expecting a stove, the selling agent managed to get one in the house. It isn’t as nice as the one that was taken but it seems to be a good stove and will serve him till he is ready to spend some on a new one that matches and is more to his liking. Last night we went in and replaced all the locks and took measurements so we can draw a floorplan. Today is cleaning and trying to figure out what all the wall switches control. The inside gets all the attention now but he is thinking that when he paints outside it will be a green. His hope is to eventually add a stacked rock face to the lower level of the house.
