I wish them well on AI but I think they will be sorry they let Paula go. The new one last yr ( see, can’t even remember who she was!) thought the show was about her, and Ellen is use to the attention on her, so it’s really likely to be a struggle between those two, and I hope the camera man keeps the focus on the contestants… Maybe Simon will take over? Do you watch the “rewind” show on Sat.eves?

The Boy tells me they are better if you don’t flatten them before baking. I kind of like them a little crispier but he insists soft and full is the way to go. If you make them try some both ways and let me know what you think. Oooooh, time to start the AI count down! I’m excited to see how it is with the different judges. Paula seems like she is part of the show but I love Ellen. We shall see….
