Billie and Arlynne came over today to make clocks from CD cases. Chris couldn’t make it because she is very sick with a cold. She sounded just awful when she called and only wanted to get off the phone and back to bed for a nap. I feel for her, I hate having a bad cold.
Billie had brought along several CDs that she had briefly cooked in an old microwave. They had the most interesting crackle patterns to them, just like very old paint that is cracked and peeling.
The girls were busy working with inks but I was in the mood to color.
Arlynne was the busy beaver today, working on two clocks at the same time.
Billie used one of her crackled CDs and I think I like her clock best of all.

These are very cool. I seen just the CDs used before but never the cases. Love that added touch.
